meeting minutes
The meeting minutes is where I get everyone in a meeting and tell them what is happening and ask if the any questions and see if any of can bring any of the props and if so I will tell they if be in charge of bringing that pro in on the day we need it and I will tell what they will be doing where and when they will do it this is everyone is on the same page and know what is is they have to do.
