The image below is of my shooting schedule as I will not be able to shoot my short film in one day as i have to set each scene up and then take a few shots of each scene so i have a choice to pick from and use the best one. it so also so I can keep track of what is happening each day and I can manage it better plus this because I can only some location different day and same the actors they are only available so one day and not the other.It will also help tell me when to give the actors a break.  

The images below are contracts that give me permission to use the location I want to use. This so I don't get sued for using properties that don't belong to me such as the college and it rants me permission to use the location in anyway I need to use it as long as it stays in the in the contract rules.

I got the people that are going to be in my short film to sign these release forms to give me permission to put them in my short film and to put the short film on youtube this way i can't be sued and the actors can't copyright me or anything and save me a lot of trouble in the future if I ever do get sued.

these 3 sheets are information about the locations I want to use this is so i can make everything is right and that there is no miss understanding going about these sheets show where when and how I'm using these location and how I am going to get to the locations this will save me trying to do it on the actual day which also saves time.

this is the risk assessment of the short film I need to do this because I need to be aware of the dangers and put something in place to stop anyone from getting hurt. This also tells the rest of the crew and the actors know what the hazards are and how to avoid them.   Risk assessment from gaynordobson
